The foundation was created in memory of Rafkat Sabiryanovich Latypov (1941–2021) — an educator, public figure, and a person who devoted his entire life to preserving historical memory and developing education.
Our mission is to continue his work, support projects that help people find their connection to roots, and make a meaningful contribution to preserving heritage for future generations.
